What Do I Need To Make This?

You will need green beans. I typically prefer to get pre-cut and frozen veggies because I’m… lazy?
Just kidding! I think it’s smart and saves time when you’re in a busy season or just don’t want to spend the time washing and cutting fresh produce. Even though, I love fresh produce too!
You also need parmesan cheese. I recommend shredded or grated parmesan cheese.
You will also need butter and lemon to add delicious flavor.
Lastly, you will need some salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of olive oil or avocado oil.

How To Make Garlic Parmesan Green Beans

Now, it’s time for the garlic parmesan green beans oven bake! Bake for 10 minutes.


Equipment
- 1 Nonstick oven tray
- 1 Medium fry pan
Ingredients
- 12 oz Green beans (or .75 lbs)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour the frozen green beans on a nonstick oven tray.
Create Garlic Paste
- Heat up a skillet to medium heat.
- Mix all the garlic, oil, and butter in a skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Then spread the mix with a spoon over the green beans.
Oven Bake
- Bake the green beans for 10 minutes. Remove tray.
- Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese. And squeeze the lemon over the green beans. Then cook for 10 more minutes.
