Air Fryer Sweet Potato Chips

- 1 large sweet potato washed, peeled optional
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika optional
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the sweet potato thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
- Soak the slices in a bowl of cold water for 10–15 minutes to help remove excess starch. Drain and pat completely dry with a towel.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- Toss the slices with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a dash of black pepper.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches to avoid overcrowding).
- Air fry for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Keep an eye on them as they can go from crisp to burnt quickly.
- Cool on a wire rack for max crispiness. Enjoy!
