Juicy & Flavor-Packed Greek Chicken Meatballs With Feta (Easy & Gluten Free!)
This is our first Greek inspired meal on 9 to 5 Feast and I couldn’t be more excited. For the past like 5 years one of my favorite types of food is Greek and Mediterranean foods. So I have become well acquainted with their amazing flavor profiles and wanted to share what I put together!
I have made these for my parents and they could not stop telling me how flavor-packed and yummy my meatballs were!
Check out how to make flavor packed greek chicken meatballs with feta!
What Do I Need To Make Chicken Meatballs With Feta?

Chicken is the first ingredient for our chicken meatballs with feta. Chicken is a leaner and healthier option than traditional beef, pork, or veal meatballs.
Feta cheese is a Greek cheese made from goat or sheep milk. It’s rather dry but adding our wet ingredients helps make the meatballs juicy while still enjoying the feta.
Chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce helps add more flavor. Lactose free milk and an egg will help make the meatballs juicy and moist.
Lastly, we will use plenty of seasonings!!! Before you put the meatballs in the oven, the meatballs should be a light brown color.
How Are These Healthy?
My Baked Chicken Meatballs With Feta are so easy to make and are very healthy for you!

How I Ate This:

I plated my greek chicken and feta meatballs on top of homemade lemon garlic rice. For the toppings, I put a kale mix, feta cucumber tzatziki from Target, and muffuletta olive mix from Kroger. When I tell you this is an elite mix, you will be thanking me (in the comments, please)!! Haha. Please try this out and let me know what you think.

Equipment
- 1 Medium mixing bowl
- 1 Medium or large oven tray
- 1 Spatula For mixing everything together
Ingredients
- .5 Lbs Ground chicken (if it’s slightly more than .5 like .5-.75, the recipe will still work)
- 1/4 cup Italian gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Lactose-free milk*
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced) or 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix by hand or with a spatula. Do not over mix and do not mix too harshly. Fold in the ingredients and mix together.
- Scoop a generous spoonful into your hand. Roll your meatball in the palm of your hands. Then place the on an oven tray.
- Repeat until you don’t have anymore meatball mix. This recipe made 16 meatballs for me!
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, then turn the meatballs over. They should be lightly browned on one side. Then cook for another 8-10 minutes.
Notes
- You can use regular milk, I just opted for nondairy milk and it’s amazing. I’ve even tried unsweetened almond milk and the meatballs are still so tasty.
