These are the five main ingredients:
- Chicken sausage (or any sausage you prefer)
- Broccoli: I bought frozen broccoli florets.
- Sweet potatoes: I bought a frozen mix that includes sweet potatoes, carrots, and red onions from Whole Foods.
- Carrots
- Red onions
Then of course we have to add a few seasonings:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion power
- Italian seasoning

How To Make This One Pan Chicken Sausage and Vegetables
Preheat your oven to 410 degrees.
Chop up your chicken sausage into 1/2 slices and place them neatly on your oven tray.
Throw the vegetables onto the tray.

Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil and then season the vegetables with the seasonings.

Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes until sausage is fully cooked and vegetables have a slight brown crisp on the edges.

- 4 chicken sausage links 12 oz pack
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
