Best Savory Roasted Chickpeas
There’s something so satisfying about snacks that crunch! I’m constantly on the go so I’ve learned balance is everything. I have my coffee in the AM, tea in the PM, and somewhere in between… snacks that actually make me feel good! That’s where these savory roasted chickpeas come in!
These roasted chickpeas are packed with plant-based protein and fiber but they’re also a perfect alternative those super unhealthy chips you typically grab.
These are my go-to for topping my salad bowls instead of croutons, adding them on top of my mediterranean bowl, or just eating by the handful fresh off the baking sheet!

How To Eat Roasted Chickpeas
They’re amazing as a high-protein snack, but you can also use it as:
Instructions:
Preheat the over to 375℉
Drain your chickpeas in a strainer. Then pat them dry.
In a mixing bowl, add ½ tbsp oil and pour the chickpeas into the bowl and mix until all the chickeas have some oil on them.

Place the chickpeas on a sheet pan and place it in the oven, cook for 30 minutes (mix them around to rotate the chickpeas at about the 15 minute mark). Then take them out and let them cool for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add the seasonings and the other ½ of oil. Then pour the chickpeas back into the mixing bowl and mix together with the seasonings and the remainder of the oil.
Place them back into oven for another 5-7 minutes (depending on how crunchy you want them to be). Then let them cool for 10 minutes. Then ENJOY!
